Access data for Math Bits student licenses are centralized and managed by each school. Schools assign and distribute this information to their students at the start of the academic year. This is because the licenses are pre-configured and linked to the school’s platform and relevant teachers.

If a student loses or forgets their access information, they can recover it in two ways:

• Request it from their school (typically from the teacher who provided the information at the start of the year).
• If the student remembers the email address registered with Math Bits (usually the same as their username), they can enter it into the form found by clicking «Forgot your password?» next to the login form. They will then receive a message with instructions to recover their password.

For security reasons, Math Bits cannot send access data through any means other than those described above, due to the inability to verify the identity of the requester.
